Navigating Fear

Fear has been a necessary part of our existence and a misunderstood teacher. Fear is like the coyote, the trickster that shows us our perfect imperfections and makes us laugh at them or be laughed at because of them. Fear is anger, rage, jealousy, abandonment, hate, sadness, apathy,  depression, and any emotion that separates us from love and the connection we share, but allows us to see our imperfections take shape.
Fear has been our companion throughout our school and work-life. Fear is gravity. Fear does not work alone in this arena of teachings and lessons. It's partner is the sub conscious mind, who is willing and ready to carry out the wishes of a fearful student.

Fear is learned, and not instinctual.

Fear challenges us to go further, climb higher or to retreat in the shadows cowering.
Yet fear is a path that we all walk down, yet is it an extra limb of our conscious body? Is it necessary for our survival or our evolution?
Yes and no.
Fear is necessary to show us our soul lessons. It brings about the choices we make, have had made, will make going forward. Understanding through perspectives teaches us what the fear really is. A disconnection from our hearts and our inner truth.  Human evolution is possible through connecting to our heart space and not our thought space, and it is also possible by retiring fear as the wise master who goes off to become another student. Our past evolutions required fear to help us overcome and understand emotions and growth of our consciousness, but there is a change taking place where we are all realizing the connections we share and what they mean to our evolution. What our new master and teacher will be in the dawning age of changes is connectivity and awareness,

Transfiguration

Transfiguration is using the third eye charka sight to see past life faces in other people and yourself. Occasionally spirit faces will appear of those who have passed on show up. The other person's face changes while transfiguring with the other person and vice versa. To start seeing using Transfiguration, the person get's activated by another person who already can transfigure. Once they can see, they can help others to see or develop their own sight. It's a truly amazing experience, and sometimes it can be a bit scary seeing a different face over someone's normal face. This is also known as "mirror gazing". Also this is not to be confused with Transfiguration in the Bible sense.

The energy works as a loop through both people eyes and receives the energy in the left eye and returns it in the right eye.

When doing any work like this, it's always good to:

  • Ground yourself
  • Use white light or pink energy bubble
  • State your intentions and that everything you experience is for the greater good and that no negative or harmful energies are allowed.
